Worried Troubled iOS 7 Nokia Remove Services HERE Maps
Service mapping "HERE Maps", which was developed by Nokia has now been removed from the Apple iOS App Store, but the service has been rolling for iPhone and iPad users since November 2013 yesterday. Not only that, here.com already moved her official website can not be accessed via iOS devices.
The underlying reason for Nokias decision is related complaints over the use of the service, especially when there is a change Apples policy to give priority to the continued development of the iOS version 7 for compatibility of their applications to all devices.
As reported IndianExpress, when asked to comment, a spokesman for Nokia said, "We have made the decision to remove our application HERE Maps of Apples App Store, due to recent changes IOS 7 jeopardize user experience. IPhone users can continue to use the mobile web version of HERE Maps through m.here.com access, by offering them the location of the core requirements, such as search, routing, orientation, transit information and much more, all for free. "
Sales of Nokias hardware division to Microsoft does not include a business for one of the Nokias mapping service, and HERE Maps to be one of the three main businesses owned by Nokia today. (Hito tabloidpulsa)
